Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Because we are a small shop, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been confirmed. Occasionally we are able to make changes to orders that have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, we are happy to help you to create an online return. When will I receive my order and how can I track my order's delivery?

Our Staff is small, but we work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and ship your orders. After we have packed your order, shipping via USPS can take anywhere from 2-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your email has shipped with tracking information.

I'm unable to locate my package.

If the tracking number for your package indicates that it has been delivered, but you are unable to locate it on your property, we are here to assist you. Before contacting us, please review the following tips:

  1. Double-check the tracking number to ensure that the package was delivered to your address and not to a nearby Access Point.
  2. Verify that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number indicating that the item was returned to the sender.
  3. If you reside in a house, thoroughly search your property. Couriers sometimes leave packages in inconspicuous areas to minimize the risk of theft. It is also helpful to check with your neighbors.
  4. If you live in a building with a concierge or mail room, please confirm with them that they do not have the package.

If, after completing the above checks, you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us at info@thelittlestl.com. In your email, kindly mention that you have already completed these checks and are still unable to find the package. Remember to include your order number and the tracking number of the missing shipment. Our dedicated team will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that you receive your order.

Please contact us within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered. Although we are committed to helping with all loss claims, regardless of when they are filed, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for claims submitted more than 30 days after the package was marked as delivered.

Are duties included in shipping fees?
When purchasing a product from a country outside of the US, the price of the item includes any applicable duties. However, if the total value of your shipment exceeds $800, you may be responsible for any relevant import duties imposed by your carrier.
How much will I be charged for returns?
A flat-rate fee of $5 is charged for processing all return shipments.
